You remind me a lot of when I applied for moderator (don't look at that in a weird way ;3)
You're extremely helpful, you have an excellent start with your application, just be helpful on the forums. Moderators are expected to moderate both servers and forums, so try to get a head start by helping on the forums as well

However, I see you helping in chat a bit too much, especially when another moderator is on. I'm not telling you not to help, just try to do a 50/50 balance on chat and /msg. Usually, just answer questions that people have when a moderator is on, as most of the time, moderators will catch the spammers. Saying "Don't spam." doesn't really do much to the matter. It's not bad, just not necessary I don't want to make you feel bad, but I'm just recommending this ;3

Anyway, just take these things into practice, and I think you'll be on the future staff team
