Lately people have been buying donor upgrades a lot. And lately I've been afraid of people being scammed or charged backed on/of it since upgrades usually involve a large quantity of diamonds/rare items so I decided to make a guide on how being scammed or charged back on during this can be prevented.

Guide for if a moderator is online:

    Step 1:
Call a mod over to be the middleman/woman in the trade.

Step 2: Screenshot the agreeing of the trade (Be sure to screenshot the whole screen).

Step 3: Wait till the donation has happened then screenshot the chat message of you being upgraded and send it to the moderator after they give the items to the player.

Guide for if a moderator isn't online:

    Step 1:
Screenshot the agreeing of the trade (Be sure to screenshot the whole screen).

Step 2: Screenshot you dropping the items or the player with the items in the inventory.

Step 3: Screenshot the upgrade message (Thus proving you were upgraded by the player so they can be banned instead of you), If they don't upgrade you immediately post the proof in a report.

Hopefully this helps. Thanks for reading! Comment anything I may have missed.

Trading IRL money for in game items is. Buying ranks for in game items is not illegal.

    Rule 15: Use Common Sense
    Offence Level: Variable

There are a number of things that fall under this rule. If it's illegal in the real world (country/international laws, breaking Mojang ToS/EULA) then it falls under this rule. If you think that it may be wrong, but it doesn't quite fall under any of the other rules, it may qualify here.

    Examples:
Threatening DDoS/DoS/DoX attacks on players/server. Ban evading using alternate accounts. Hacking players accounts. Attempting to sell in game items/accounts (or currency for .org) for out of game currency (of any kind). Attempting to contact young children for nefarious reasons (pedophilia).

It's not considered irl trade because you don't receive the actual money from the trade. Your account just because worth that money

I probably wouldn't trade if there wasn't a mod online because doesn't Cyp go by the rule that if the player doesn't appeal you don't get a refund? (Only on major loads of rares or diamonds)

Even if you do get a refund it takes Cyp like 3 months to get around to it due to how busy he is :/

    Nice guide tho Jennie
