Hello SkyBlockers,
So recently I've found out about that glitch and bug that affects your crops. Basically what it does is it lets people trample your crops and collect them as they become unplanted from the block. I've seen people have experience with this glitch many times and decided to find out about some ways to prevent this. One way that I will focus on in this guide will involve half slabs.

There is 5 plants in this area of my farm, So for materials I will need 5 half slabs of any type.

Some people have a fence or a building that they can use to place a couple half slabs until one of the slabs is above one of your crops. Then break all half slabs that do not have a crop under them. (You may have to do this various times depending on the amount of crops you have.)

The reason this works is because each Minecraft character is about two blocks high. The picture above shows that a normal sized Minecraft character cannot fit under the slab, so they cant step on your crops.

I thought Minecraft characters are 1.5 blocks high?

 

Nope, they can only go through two block gaps or higher.

Actually, player character is about 1,94 blocks high... But that doesn't really matter
