If a random person were to come up and slap me, I will probably break his/her wrist. Self-defense class should be worth it.

That's what I meant, although the same applies to people I know, but not friends with.

I spent an entire summer learning how to correctly kick someone in self defense because I thought it looked cool.
I also have watched a ton of videos and become basically self-taught. I'd rather argue using words than violence, and I'd never fight anyone. But if someone tried to mug me, or do worse...I would want to be able to put up a good fight and hurt them.
Some of the things I've picked up through random videos, tumblr posts, etc:

    - If you can get a hand free, pinching the underside of the arm between the shoulder and the elbow is SERIOUSLY painful. You can break the skin and damage muscle strands.
    - Same goes for the inner thigh, pinch the hell out of them.
    - Jab your thumbs in their eyes
    - Obviously, guys have a specific spot that you can elbow, kick, knee, etc. Works on females too, because everyone has a pelvic bone and it hurts regardless of gender.
    - your elbows are one of the strongest parts of your body. Use them anywhere tbh. Just sling them around and hit something.
    - if someone grabs you from behind just slam the back of your head into their nose, they'll be shocked and probably will let go
    - if someone grabs your wrist don't try to pull against them, find where their finger and thumb meets and pull through that point. Their finger and thumb aren't as strong as your arm.
    -

Also some tips to keep from getting attacked:

    - If you're alone (especially in the dark) don't get on your phone for no reason. That distracts you and makes an easy target. Text instead of call if you need to talk to someone.
    - If someone asks for your wallet or purse, don't hand it to them. Throw it away from you. Chances are they'll grab it, and you can run away without getting hurt.
    - scream at them if they grab you, just the most INSANE and ANIMAL scream you can possibly make. It'll probably shock them, maybe make them lose their nerve.
    - if someone is following you in your car, don't go home, to work, to the gas station, etc. Drive to the nearest police station.
    - don't get in the car and sit in the parking lot for a while. this is the perfect time for someone to get in your car and force you to drive somewhere. get in and drive immediately

Not every attacker is nice enough to pick someone they could have a fair fight with.
And if you're talking about solving problems, like at school or whatever, people still do that. Frequently, if you live in a small redneck town in North Carolina.

    True enough.
I just know for me personally that I never have any intention of fighting on purpose. I don't need to know how to "fight fair". The only reason I'd ever be hitting anyone would be if they were attacking me, and then I don't have to fight fair. So I'll jab their eyes out.
    :))

Instead of jamming your thumbs into their eyes, any finger works tbh.

Okay and just because I know about these things

~You can wind someone by kneeing them in the solar plexus which is around the stomach I think
~You can also sorta wind someone by punching them in the throat hard enough
~Actually it hurts as long as you hit them in the stomach, around the part where no muscle protects them
~Take downs are easy just get your leg around theirs, put a hand on their chest and then push while bringing your leg back towards you
~If someone grabs you by your collar grab them by their shoulders (hard) and they will often let go if not bring them towards you and knee them in the chest

I'm too lazy to type more

And I only know this because I read a ton of random sh!t and I do karate kthxbai

My school has a new principal who said if someone hits us, we should just sit there and let staff handle it. Or both kids can get arrested. Last time there was a rule like that I got choked so, no thanks to that rule. At least I can say the only time I actually got into a physical fight was when that choke happened, I luckily didn't get hurt, the other kid might have broke his hand and lower arm bone.

I'm pretty puny, so the only major defence I have are my words. I've managed to convince some would-be bullies to focus on their academic careers by supporting them in lessons. Of course, words can only do so much to prevent a fist but I'm happy living with the small personal victory that I bested them intellectually. :t

But we can say "that post gave me cancer" or call McDonald's "McDiabetes." That's all fine and dandy but GOD FORBID someone uses the word retard. I just don't understand the double standards. All or none, bruh.

He didn't break any rules. If you're offended, rate it dislike or rude. ;/

There are no bullies at my school, or I just have never seen one. The closest would be a bunch of b***** who talk and laugh about people who are better than them.
