Basically I bought Donor100 along time ago, like 2 years ago, thinking its time to update

Every time I go to buy sky god, it say, I'm sorry you are not allowed to do that.

Is this a problem a lot of people having, or Just me

I did change my name, But It was doing the same before I changed my name too,

just checking on the shop it will allow me to upgrade from 50-100

but not 10-25-50

So it thinks I'm a 50 donor I think

 

Have a transaction reciept? I think you need 1 to get the rank if u never got your rank.

 

I don't need a recipt you can just log on to net to see my rank
