4. I did read the rules, I may have been temp banned in the past but it's all over now that I know, I've been following them ever since.
5. I was banned because my brother purposely got on and scammed somebody out of loads of grass, (don't know the exact amount, I've never been told. Once again, this was my brother, not me.
6. I was before for spamming and for using Stels skin to get naked.

8. I should be unbanned because once again, this was not me, as it was my brother. I don't know how much grass he scammed whoever out of, I know it was to get me banned, but unfortunately he hid the grass so I cannot refund.

 

According to Watchingflash, your brother scammed him of 26 stacks of grass. Now, you can ask your brother if this is true or not, but that's what Watchingflash told me. That's no little amount.

Also, your account is your responsibility, no one else's. It's more like not the person who did it, it's more of whose account it was under. And how did your brother get access to your account in the first place?

 

Alright, he claims it was only 2 stacks of grass, still a huge amount, but I'll believe you. I went to let my dogs out and walk them on the leash for a little. I left minecraft running because I was only out for about 15 minutes. I get back, I find minecraft unpaused, as I had it, and not in the same area. I get all of these messages of me scamming. And what you saw is how I responded to what he said to me. I do not believe I should be banned for this, because I've spent hours playing on this server and really enjoy it, I would not like to get it all ruined because of my brother.

 

Were you aware that your brother was around and had the potential to go into your account and scam others?

In addition, are you willing to refund the player of his grass and apologize to him?

 

I can apologize to him and let my brother do it too, forgot to add this in - I checked all of my chests, and only have 37 grass. I asked him what heh did with it, and he doesn't answer me. I knew he had the potential, because he is at a decent age and we used to share our account.

Please explain what that means.

 

I really don't know what that means because my brother said that to him. I looked in all my chests and can't find it, maybe he gave it to someone but I don't have it. My brother wrote that, as you can see because no grammar was used, and I responded not that but that my brother did it and I don't know where it is. I thought the picture was of that.

 

Could you ask your brother what he meant by that?

 

As I said, he won't answer me anymore, I just got him to type that at first from simply asking him. Now he is no longer answering me, I'm sorry.

 

As I said, your account is your responsibility. I'm sorry that he got into your account, but please be more careful in the future. Although I may not have proof, I have gotten several reports that claim, "TacoTheAssassin scammed me!" or "tacotheassassin griefed me!" I'm not sure how they got this info, just giving you a heads up.

I will accept your appeal this time, but please apologize to the player and refund him of what is rightfully his. I hope to not see you appealing in this section again, because it will get harder and harder every time to be unbanned.
