    He doesnt have access to my account just today I messaged mojang and they got back to me and I was talking to them about my hacked account and they went back to that day and when that person hacked account and they got his IGN and they said that he cant ever use that minecraft again that we would have to buy a new minecraft.

    It is all about proof. If your account was hacked, you have to prove you have the account back and its secure. It is a permban until then.

    I have it back! Ive been on .net for about 3 weeks when Roblox was even on he knows my account it secure now. The reason the guy "Hacked My Account" is that my Password was the same as my username. So this is getting ridiculous!

    Yeah so just to answer your question, you generally appeal the ban and if you are unbanned on net then you can say that in the appeal.
