Maybe you should open your eyes, most mods can't be on for reasons. There are some that are a little inactive but you shouldn't be so damn rude, I did the same and I'm sorry.

Yes sometimes moderators don't come on for a period and have a period of discontinuous on their record. But I assure you most of the staff are active and have a good sense of duty. You have no reason to be indignant about the matter, I can assure you that Noobcrew and Cypriot take a superabundant amount of time choosing the best staff possible. Your attitude is highly lamentable towards the situation. If you wish to support others for the position of moderator you're free to endorse their applications.

You have addled me, I don't understand how to take your post. You may not give a crap about the mods, but I can assure you that they are about players. If they wanted a rank I'm sure they wouldn't bother with applying for staff and spend the money to buy donor. I regret to inform you, but my eyes are open, else I wouldn't be able to read your post, but I appreciate your concern with my eyesight.
Yet if you needed us we would have helped you. Could have just send a mod an inbox, made a thread asking for help or made a report. Alas we mods are so terrible we probably never check notifications or read inboxes. Such bad mod choices Cyp made... Oh our staff team is so inactive. Oh the state of the server is so bad. Woe is us.
How about you stop being so knee-deep in jealousy and stop god damn insulting everyone, why don't you look for the good things they do, such as BOTBaccalord, he's active friendly kind approachable and generally fun to be around, and -Survivors05- at first I hated him, because I was taking the same path you were, just focusing on the negatives, every time he might make a little mistake I'd call it abuse, I was being such an inconsiderate person, and Moopuff she's a massive help to the community without her skyblock would be boring, sure, she has a few IRL issues to take care of, but she's a strong independent person that I look up to, how about you stop going down the wrong path, looking for negative things, and open your eyes and see the positive things they're doing, Zambiana has been abuslitely amazing, he's by far the best choice for forum admin. For all those I've insulted in the past with that thread I made, I'm deeply sorry. Thanks for reading. ^u^
If you have an issue with staff being "inactive" then report them to Cyp. It's not Noobcrew's choice for the staff team. Cyp does the best he can to find good moderators. Some mods are inactive due to school or IRL issues, put yourself in their shoes, and when you do, you'll know. G'day.
Appreciate what the moderators do. It's a lot of work, and for what? People like you who don't appreciate the hard work that they put in to the server. They deal with so many things on the servers, most of which you have no idea happens. They don't need to put their time and effort in to helping out, but they do.
Apparently you haven't seen the trend that goes on, which is ironic since you're telling everyone to open their eyes. Players are super active before they get mod because they really have to prove themselves. Then, once the player obtains mod, they usually slowly stop being as active. That's just what happens. Of course they usually have valid reasons- stress, depression, irl problems. My point is, all those players who you say are "SO ACTIVE"... Probably would do the same thing. So be patient, learn to be mature, and stop letting ignorance consume you. Mods are here for your benefit and they're trying. I can promise you that.
