Hello MineGames.

Yes, I had banned you for scamming MooseRider out of a spawner. You had promised 55k and a diamond sword in exchange for a mob spawner. As the agreement had gone, you paid Moose the 55k, he dropped the spawner, and thats when you were supposed to drop a diamond sword. You both then agreed on a refund, for some reason. You asked him to pay back the 55k first, so he did, but you never dropped the spawner. I had come online at this point, seeing Moose ask for his spawner. You then logged out and hadnt come back online for a good 20 minutes. This would be known as scamming since you never did give back the spawner.

Im a bit confused. In your appeal, you say "banned for scam and that is an error" and then you say this is not an incorrect ban.

I'd also like to ask, why did you try to scam Moose out of his spawner?

i wanted a spawner and when he asked the diamond sword too and I forgot so I had nothing given to him because he whined really super often when

 

Just because you wanted a spawner doesnt mean you go back on your deal and keep the spawner anyway. So, if you remember, where is the spawner? Is it in your inventory, somewhere in a chest on your island, or have you already placed it?
