I think we should be able to have a custom crafting recipe for packed ice. Maybe 9 ice blocks or something of the sort. Packed Ice has so many uses form decoration to item transportation. The fact that ice melts near lighting makes it very difficult to use as a building block. I also don't think this would break the economy or anything like that so why not?
