Nothing can be done officially as in a refund with no proof of them being dropped and because we dont know who collected them up, a refund means duping which wont happen. So if anyone is kind enough to donate to you, they can, otherwise, sorry.
If anyone wants to personally refund you, they can do so. Otherwise, as krissy said, it more than likely will not happen :/
Next time keep all rares in a chest. I never let them leave my island. Literally I don't carry around anything on me. Only a Sword, Pickaxe, Axe, Shovel, Shears, and Nemo my Lucky Fish. I lost 64 grass to the Villagers at /warp donor once, I know it's not a lot but still, I took a few hours trying to make all the grass. Sorry to hear about this man
Erm, you have a water source block, these were reset a while ago, noone should have them unless a donor400 got it (a new 400) so unless you got it from a donor400 or if you are one amd got ir from creative after the reset this seems suspicious.
