For the fence posts beside banners I'd use a spruce wood fence, also maybe more wood in the overall design so it doesn't look as plain. The torches work okay but potentially some glowstone behind a trapdoor will work EVEN better, possibly being hung or erected with fence posts - I love fence posts. A nice intricate build, yet I see a few places it could be improved
the torchest were more for a placeholder while I built. The final product had much more glowstone involved, and I wnted to shy away from too much wood because It is supposed to be a castle wall. There is going to be plenty of wood on the houses surrounding it to break that up. I do see what you mean about the fence posts being spruce though (my texture pack actually looks nice with the oak lol) Anyways thanks for the feedback, and thanks for the upgrade!
