Mk, so basically when people say "Support" it annoys me because you want more than "Support," you want them to explain, right? So that's what I'll do here.

Basically, you're extremely helpful and friendly. I never knew you before (because I joined January 2015), but from what I've heard, you've changed for the better. You're helpful both in game and on the forums. You're well aware of the rules and guidelines you have to follow.

I would suggest helping in /msg in game, as it is counterproductive if you're trying to prevent spam when there's an unnecessary spam unintentionally created by you. I used to help in global chat, but then I realized it's not really worth it if you're going to help. I would strongly suggest you help in PM. One of the main reasons I believe people help in global chat is to make people aware of you actually helping the community, rather than being the person that applies but never actually does any work.

I'm not saying helping in global chat is a bad thing, but I would do a 50/50 balance on it. In addition, there is no need to mini-mod when a moderator is online. You can do as you please, but it somewhat annoys the staff team when people say "don't spam" when they've already been kicked (don't take offense to that >_<)

But anyway, you'd be a great moderator if you keep doing what you're doing. Just work on what I told you and you'd be in the future staff team for sure
