• I didn't read the rules because I knew all of them already (i didn't even know about a rule listing tbh)

• Why do YOU think you were banned? I Believe that i was banned because I was showing a person that someone could easily break and steal an armor stand and he/she thought that i was griefing. I said "hey you know someone can break that and steal that armor?" They then said, "No i have island protection" Then I Said, "Here, Watch." While he/she was standing there watching me.I personally believe that i was doing the opposite and helping, but it's okay. Anyways, in the end it was all a big misunderstanding (oh yeah I have heard that one before).

• Was this an incorrect ban? To be quite honest i'm not all that sure. That's because i know Lemonade was simply doing his job as a moderator and I highly respect that. even though the ban was only for 13 days (that's all eternity for me seeing as how i play on it everyday) i'm still confused on how i got banned. i even offered him/her (not lemonade) a whole new set of the same armor + the stand, before being told by him/her that they have "So much more" of the same armor and that it was okay.

• Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? No.

• Why do you think you should be unbanned? I Personally believe that I should be un-banned because i feel as though I had done nothing wrong at the time. However, There was a sign saying "no griefing on it players will be banned" on it but since there were a bunch of people looking at the armor through the glass windows I did not see them. This happened long after i had forgotten about it, and this is because Lemonade_ Told me to apologize so i did and he/she accepted. I admit that i DEFINITELY should have asked him/her if i could do it or not. If the person that i did this to is seeing this, i'm very upset that this situation had to end like this, never in a million years would i have thought that i would be banned from .net . I Usually ask before doing something that could cause anger,fear ect. Please personally forgive my grave mistake of hurting your feelings (that was not sarcasm) I hope that soon (Emphasize the soon) we can make up and maybe even be friends.

Anyway, about the appeal.
You were banned for griefing an armor stand without permission. You claim to not have seen the sign, as there were many people there. Let's call this person that you griefed "X Person." X Person said that there were not many people in front of the sign, and you say there was. I am more inclined to believe you, as you were from that point of view.

You seem extremely sorry for you actions, and I do appreciate how respectful you are towards everybody.

Before I make any decisions, could you list the first six rules of the skyblock community (not the forums, the server rules), as these are the rules that are most often broken either intentionally or unintentionally. By listing them, I mean give a thorough, detailed explanation of what these rules mean to you.

 

So like a description of what each rule means but in my own words? Okay. Btw i'm sorry about not tagging you I thought it auto tagged or something.

Server Rules

Rule 1: No griefing!
Offence Level: High: Ah, yes. The good ol' fashioned griefer. Shunned upon the by rest of society(minecraft) for being a person that breaks blocks for a living, but without permission, might I add. Personally I hate griefers i really don't care who you are, troll or not. You're a griefer. And i CERTAINLY Do not want to be under that category.

Rule 2: No scamming/stealing
Offence Level: High:Growing up, I was taught "the golden rule" treat others the way you want to be treated. I'm pretty sure that that rule applies to all of the other rules on this list, but stealing is just immoral. Personally, i'd hate to be stolen from! Image all of your stuff that you spent approximately two months getting, be gone! stolen by someone random user for free! But scamming? Oh yeah, here's where it gets good. Scammers are "highly intellectual beings" that go on the server stealing from people. The way that they do this is trade items with other users, take the trade without giving their item(s), then leave (usually log off).

Rule 3: No advertising
Offence Level: Very High: Not Much To be said about this one, advertising is when some kid on the internet decides to Dos the chat with some lovely messages promoting their other networks. Nne.Likes.An.Advertiser.

Rule 4: No Killing Others (In non-pvp zones)
Offence Level: High:To be honest i didn't even know that this was possible, but Shame on you for doing it! It's a terrible crime on the server and personally i think that it's just rude!.Also, if i happen to get killed, I'll find you...

Rule 5: Do not disrespect others (or server)/swear
Offence Level: Depends: As i'm sure this is a highly sensitive topic, swearing is just not cool. Do you know how many 9 year-old kids moms let them play this game SPECIFICALLY because there's no gore, violence, and, wait for it... CURSING. Also, back to the whole golden rule thing, disrespecting people is just wrong. It doesn't make anybody happy are help anyone by doing it.

Rule 6: Do not spam or caplock
Offence Level: Low: Agreed! Many people try every single day to figure out many different ways to bypass the spam bot with messages like skin competitions or something. It isn't very soothing to have some green bea- user* spamming random things about completely irrelevant topics. Note* after realizing this was a rule, I, personally with make an effort to avoid spamming or overusing caps lock.
