I have been banned for scamming, but my ban appeal was accepted and I am no longer banned. 4. Did you read the rules & in-game /warp FAQ? Yes I have, and trading dirt was not on the list, although, it did say no island farming or raw material trading which involves dirt. 5. What exactly did you do? (Rules broken, dates, coords, in-game accomplices) ? I have traded dirt with multiple players, in order to obtain enough for a 66 by 8 row wheat farm. It produces almost a stack of hay bails every full harvest. I cannot recall any of the players I have traded with, as I have been buying the dirt whenever someone is selling, since I started on the server. My island owner, player: majorminor211 was aware I was doing this, but he didn't know that what I was doing was illegal, neither did I. 6. Why do YOU think you deserve Amnesty? I was not aware that TRADING dirt was illegal, but I was aware that farming islands was, and although I did not farm any dirt, trading for dirt is similar to this rule, so in essence, I have broken it. I won't trade for lava buckets, ice, sand, or dirt any longer, as these are all raw island materials, and illegal to trade. I have left my farm on my island as evidence. First floor, can't miss it. Hi shingalingy! Thank you for admitting your wrong-doings. The staff would need to confiscate all your dirt. So for now, put all the dirt you've traded and put it in a chest so a staff can stop by and collect it. Also to view a list of illegal items, stop by /warp illegals and take a look at what's not acceptable to trade. Although, it hasn't been updated yet. I will continue to use my farm until a staff member directs me otherwise. I have however, put all of the other dirt, excluding the farm, that I have traded into the double chest right outside my island spawn. Thanks Nocturnish!
At the moment, moderators cannot bypass island protection, meaning you would have to give the dirt to a moderator to dispose of it properly.
shingalingy I'll give you 3 more days to reply as this is amnesty appeals. It means you known you've done something wrong. And you have confessed. But it also means you have to work with the staff to right what was wrong.
