XD I tried my best to keep it non-boring...but it's really hard when you're trying to gain everyone's approval of you. Anyway, I tried to be myself in this, and I think I have successfully projected how I act. Thirdly, I am happy with the staff we have now and I am always sad when I see one leave the server but they spent their time into this server helping everyone and anyone. Thank you for all your help Staff. Fourthly, thank you to the people whom play the server. Without you, NoobCrew would not be the owner of so many servers. You have given him and many others a place to settle down and be friendly. Thank you very much players. Why do you think you should be a mod?:
Many people say, "I want to be Moderator because I love the server, and I want to help people." Of course, I do say those things in a way, but I want to be a Moderator because it would make me feel ecstatic and feel like I can help people better by being with the group of other Moderators. Even if I don't become Moderator on this server, I will still help people to the best of my abilities. I may not be able to repair their griefs, but I will surely help them make a report about it. If they don't know how to take screenshots, I will be there to take them step by step on how to take a screenshot of their grief. If they can't spell that great and are wanting to make a report about someone, I will be there to show them how to spell that and tell them I will always be there to help them with any type of spelling or any other thing that they don't understand about the server. Some people say, "I don't want to just be Moderator just because of the commands." I have no clue about any of the commands and in the qualifications section of this Application, I will tell you more about it. But I don't even have the slightest clue why people add that to their application. I am all for the players. I am nothing for the commands or creative. I want to make people happy that there are or will be Moderators like me. I'm not saying our Moderators are not good enough. I know many of the Moderators for the .net server, and they are all amazing people and actually help the players that are in need and ban/temp ban/mute/kick players that are not so great to the server. I feel deep inside I want to be one of those people. You're probably saying, if you gotten this far, "This Application is too long. I better skip," but i'm glad you're actually reading this. Here's A list:
Kind- I'm always very kind to people I never see the reason to be rude to anyone under any circumstance.
Firm- I have my mind set on being firm yet in a nice way.
Learning Skills- I am quite a Skillful person. I love learning. It's the best part about life.
Typist- I love to type away. Typing is fun to me.
Multiple Things- I can do multiple things at once. I have trained long and hard. (Hah, I wish it came to me instantly but no. -_- )
Sociable- I am super sociable. I love to be on TeamSpeak all the time talking to other players. It's quite fun. (If you're Sociable, join TeamSpeak as well. Message me to get it.)
Professional- Well, I try my best to exceed the Skills of what I should have as being a staff member.
Accepting- I don't judge a book by its cover. I love to get to know someone before judging them. This usually takes Several days of talking.
Worker- I love Working! Day in and day out. I never have a spare moment of peace. Basically, I always have to be doing something.
Trustworthy- I don't see a point in creating enemies when you can make friends, so I can say that i'm trustworthy and would never try to do anything to hurt someone.
No Cursing- I don't feel there is a need to curse in this world so I do not, but I do see others curse and that is their opinion. But if that is a rule as in Skyblock.net which I know it is, I do tell them not to curse.
Organized- I feel that in this world you should be Organized in life. I love going through and Organizing stuff. I have several examples such as my Pictures folders are all organized by dates and what the picture contains, my room is amazingly organized with my clothes all neatly put in their rightful places, and of course my bathroom is always clean and tidy.
Honesty- I see myself as being very honest. I don't see a reason to lie even if I am in the fault. Everyone makes mistakes and I know I will make mistakes in being a Moderator.
All rules- I know all the rules for the .net server and of course I abide by all of them.
Fair- I do believe I am fair to everyone and give them a chance to show their Point of View / Personal Opinion.
Respectful- I respect my elders, and I also have respect for younger people as well. And on here I will respect all staff and members as I always do.
Loyalty- I am very loyal to people as I have said before I do not like making enemies and loyalty comes in with that.
Equality- Everyone to me is just a human whom I should respect as should they respect me.
Active- I get on the server everyday. I have only one other server I play and even then I don't play it a lot due to the fact that I'm loving Skyblock.net more and more everyday. When the servers are down, I immediately begin looking at the forums and getting active with the players.
Responsible- I am very responsible. I don't rage quit ever. I may get mad on the inside and sigh, but if it doesn't go my way(which it does a lot) I can easily change that for the better.
Initiative- I do whatever I see fit. I don't wait to see what my peers or elders have to say about the situation.

Edit: I do know that I am a fairly consistent typist. I do try my hardest to learn to the best of my ability in school, so gosh darnit I will try to the best of my ability to be a fantastic Moderator. I will learn everything you want me to learn. I will be nice to every player no matter what age they may be.

I shouldn't say, "I don't have a life," but I basically sit at my computer from the time that I can until the time I go to sleep.

I have been playing Skyblock.net for about a year or more now.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?:
I have lots of expierence, I was staff on many server. I also have owned many server of my own. Also, recently I quit, but I was staff on BrutalFactions.

Extra things: I have things about me that are not good aspects of being a Moderator and that is not a question on here. I wanted to share them with you so you know I am not perfect.
Here's a list:
Sensitive- I am easily hurt about things which make me cry. Though, I won't tell people whether I am crying or not on the server, but I will probably be easily upset by some person trying to get under my skin.
Type Too Fast- I sometimes type way too fast for my fingers to keep up, and I may mess a word up but I will immediately correct myself with a * and the correction afterwards.

This is a really neat application, my only few points to do with it would possibly be to add colour to the questions to distinguish them from the answers, and un-bold the answers to the questions, once again, just to aid the look of the application. Also, try and keep the format questions separate from those that you add for yourself

I don't really see you in-game much but that's quite possibly because of time-zones, I'll keep a look out for you

For now I think I'll say 70% support for the great app, I'll try and edit this as time goes by

As Said above great app but a little scruffy you should put your organisation skills to good use and make your app easier to read and more usefull

 

Really nice app! I really respect that you have firm as a characteristic because mods should not give in to people and change their minds because of what the player convinces them of. I think by saying your "firm" you mean that you won't only take someones word for something and you will make sure your being fair by judging your decision off of facts. When i red your app you reminded me kind of like i guess a sports ref, which is good because I think a great mod has the same attributes as a sports ref as in you seem fair, honest, etc. Again really nice app 100% support!

 

Application
I'd say the content on the application's of satisfactory, with rich details & mainly correct grammer. However, the format/design of it somewhat bothers me a little. Bolding everything looks very unprofessional; at least to me. For both the sake of our eyes & your application, you should only bold the titles & the highlights. Also, I don't see any paragraphs within sections. You should add paragraphs & have a line between each dot points. It just makes things look a whole lot better. Yes, the content is definitely the most important thing, but when people first see the application, they'll see how it's set out first. This first impression will determine whether a person wants to read your application or not - very important. So...I suggest you work on that a little.

Also, for your 'How long you can be online' section, you should show the amount of time you can be online in terms of days like this: Monday: 3-5 Hours. That's how most players, including Cyp want it.

Activity
I have seen you here & there on the forums...but mostly in forum games or off-topic sections. You only got 4 messages (With 3 of them on this application) throughout your 6 months on your forums...this is something you should definitely work on. Get involved in the discussions here & help out those in need~! Overall, a lot of work to be done on the forums.

As for your in-game activity, personally, I've never seen you 'round...but this may be due to the differences in timezone. Hopefully you're as active as you say you are in your application. ^^

Dedication/Maturity
From what I can tell from your activity on the forums, you seem quite mature, but I haven't really talked to you much yet, so I'll need to continue to observe you for that. :') As for your dedication, from what you say in your application, you seem extremely dedicated to the server. However, it'd be great if you can show this through action by showing your dedication towards the forums from now on. ^^

Helpfulness/Friendliness
As far as I can see, you're a very friendly player - never saw you running into any trouble. However, as I said before, I'll have to watch further, since your activity on the forums ain't that good. :/ Again, same goes for your helpfulness. I've never seen you in-game (As I said, I'll overlook this since there are timezone differences), nor have I seen you in the forum's Help section. You'll need to work on this a little bud.

Overall
Overall, reasonably well written application, just make it look a little more appealing. You'll really need to work on your forums activity (Not in the off-topic & games section, but also in discussions & help sections) before I can truly comment on your great features. Currently, I can only give you a 50% support, but hopefully you can fill in the other half by doing what I asked of you to do. ^^ Nonetheless, good luck~!

 

Great application but I had to force my eyes and mind to read the whole thing. What I mean by this is when you bolded everything in thus application it really made it hard for other people to read. So they could just skip through it. As stated above I haven't seen you active on the forums or in-game very much.

I actually really like this application. It's probably one of the best I've seen. There's nothing that you need to add to the application other than un-bolding the answers because it doesn't look very good if it's all bolded. As for activity in game, I will keep an eye out for you. I saw you today and you seem really nice and friendly but I never saw you helping out. As for forum activity, you need work. When you're a moderator, you have to moderate the forums as well as the server. I strongly suggest helping out more and posting on the forums more often as this greatly improves your chances of becoming a mod. Nevertheless, I will support you 40% so far because of how well written your application is. Good luck.
