Have I ever been banned?
No, I have not been banned on this or any server. I try to follow the rules and be fair. I want everyone to follow the rules and I think it would really stink to be banned especially if its your favorite server.

Why do I think I should be a mod?
I think I should be a mod because I like helping people, I don't spam, I don't fool around and I am kind to everyone. I try to get people to like me and I'm always nice. If you trust me on your island I won't grief or steal. I always put my priorities first. If I am not active as much as you like sometimes, I may have tons of homework or be at a camp. I am very active after school and in the summer, but sometimes I am not allowed to use the computer for a while.

How long am I active on the server?
I am usually active on the server two to four hours a day, seven days a week. I play mostly at night and so if you have a different timezone you might not see me as much. I have been playing the server for about two years and was very happy when it merged.

Do I have any past experience as a moderator?
Yes, I was a kind and fair player on a server and was on so much that the owner upgraded me to moderator, then head mod, then admin, head admin and even gave up his position as owner to me! He took it back a month later, as I was having connection problems and couldn't get often enough anymore, but he wouldn't have revoked my position if I hadn't asked him to.

Seven things about myself:

1. I don't spam chat or commands. If I had /nick, my nick would be Raven or I wouldn't have one at all.
2. I am very active and like to swim. I go to lots of camps and do very well in school.
3. I like to play chess, read, or look up obscure words in my free time (when I'm not playing skyblock)
4. I don't like fights, and want to fix them instead of causing them.
5. I don't leave people out. I like to include others in my island or conversations.
6. I try to be as active as possible on servers and always check to see if my friends are on before I do anything else.
7. I got muted for 15 min once, but just because I kept pressing the wrong button on the keyboard (face palm).

   • I am active on the server a lot and love to play. This is the server I play the most.
   • I don't grief or steal. I hate it when people of that and I also don't scam or hack.
   • I am friendly and try to help everyone I meet and I am never ever yelling or mean.
   • I have experience. I have been a mod once, but I was a mod for 3 years on that server and everyone loved me. Read above.
   • I don't command or chat spam. I hate when people spam the chat with the same message and I mute everyone I can when they do that. I also hate it when people change their nick every five seconds, because then you don't know who anyone is and its just really annoying.

Cons:

   • I sometimes get goofy, but only when I'm playing with friends and I try to be as mature as possible the whole time.
   • I may get mad if someone is spamming me. When this happens I either tell them to stop, or I say I will report them for spam or I just mute them I have a hard time controlling my anger, but most of the time I can calm down and not yell.

I joined the forums today, but have been on the server for a really long time, maybe two years? And I will add more info.

1. Your application is irrelevant and vague. Try spacing out the questions and answers so it helps people to easily read swiftly throughout the application. Add some color, bold, italicize, underline do whatever that makes this application well-written. You want to put a good impression on others so they know you're ready for staff.
2. I've never seen you in-game. We have the same time-zones? Can you try to be consistently active and help out the server more? There are a ton of players needing help.
3. You just joined the forums today. Forums is just like in-game. You need to help people here and there and go constantly back and forth.

I have been on the forums for about seven or eight hours in one day and I didn't even know that you could have a mod application. I applied for mod so soon after getting forums because the person i share my account with (the minecraft one) wanted me to.

 

So if you get moderator, two people would have access to the permissions?

 

Not technically. I don't exactly share my account, I just let him play sometimes. He wanted Mod because he thought I would make a good mod and he knew he could convince me to do it.

 

You do know that once you get mod, you'll have to deny him access right?

Anyone who isn't chosen to be a moderator who gains access to the commands could be a serious risk.
