Why do you think you should become a mod? I think I should be mod as I truly do care about the great community on the servers, and I have done so for over 3 years now. I enjoy making other people happy, and the more chances I have of doing so the better. As an old SuperMod I so also believe that I have the needed experience and trust that I can do well once again. I've also noticed that every mod right now is either British, Australian or North American, so I will be bringing in understanding of at least two languages that could be helpful when dealing with younger members that do not speak English very well (as proven before)
I'm also a person with great respect for everyone, my authorities such as admin, and every single player. I have a great social understanding and know when something is serious and when it's not just about every time, meaning that I could help cheer up players after something uncomfortable such as being abused by other players. I understand that sometimes just making them safe from this person isn't enough, sometimes you gotta show them the good side of people again, for instance I comforted Livvy after the Lopk case last year.
I believe that I am a very calm person who deals with stress wonderfully, on net I often had multiple people call for my help at once and helped them all, think my record for different people at once is 7.
Lastly; and possibly most importantly, I know how much these servers mean to some people, including me, I wanna keep this place safe for everyone just like me, make sure it's as enjoyable as it gets.

I am a nice and relaxing person - I try to talk to everyone and not ban then and there, I would never make someone sad if it's not needed - therefore before banning I like getting into every detail, just to be sure that I am not doing anything wrong.

I show respect towards everyone, I give people a safe impression of the mods, I make sure they understand that despite me being able to somewhat control you we are equals. I treat everyone the same, like mods are supposed to - your rank will never define you.

I bring experience to the crew, after one and a half year I know how stuff around here works, I know how to moderate the Noobcrew servers. If there is something new I am also a fast learner, for instance I had to learn CoreProtect on Hellblock all by myself, I fully mastered it despite never being taught how it works.

Devotion - I am very much devoted to make everyone happy, I will gladly spend extra time on the servers if it means it makes someone happy. I believe that my willpower to and wish that everyone gets the full enjoyment of the servers can benefit my moderating. You might remember when the protection system on org failed and I did all the Rollbacks - not because the other SuperMod were lousy, I was simply too fast and devoted to not snatch them from their noses.

I communicate well with other mods and make sure they know what I'm doing, I also like knowing what's going on, so that if it's required I can help out fellow moderators.

I am not biased, I will never let my friendship with anyone determine if they get kicked or not - a rule breaker is a rule breaker.

I keep a woke eye all the time, you might remember me knowing a bit about just nearly everything, and when I had something against your new promotions I was quick to tell you my opinions and back it up with proof of my thoughts.

I am also a very active user on forums, I've catches a lot of spambots since returning, which I find very annoying and hopefully something I could help with.

I know how these servers work, I know all the rules like my back pocket, I am consistent with bans/mutes/kicks and have a schedule for each to match what they have done. I also do very much believe in second chances and if visible the improvement in us people, therefore I can often leave a case going up for long if I see that things change.
