I've seen you helping in-game even with our extremely different timezones (I'm EST)
My only advice would be to focus less on making your helpful messages colorful and organized, and more in telling people how to do things.
For example today I saw a message along the lines of this from you:
"Natural mob spawning is disabled. You can ask a skygod to spawn animals for you, or buy a spawner."
Without fancy colors it would be faster to type and respond to people.
Also, from personal experience, if you get moderator you use fewer color messages anyway. People see your prefix and automatically pay attention to your messages.
Also, the /msg command is very useful when you're helping people. The net chat is very spam-filled, so any time you can send a message to help someone privately instead of adding to chat spam, everyone appreciates it.
That's just my opinion. The application is very well written and thought out.
