I am capable of seeing both sides of any story, you must not be bias to fulfill this duty. I have great leadership skills and love being a role-model. I have had quite a bit of experience with being a mod/builder/owner and have learned so much through the journey. I have seen how and how not to treat others in different situations and feel very confident in my abilities. I have also had some in life situations that have prepared me for a task like this. I used to work at the Boys and Girls club and I had to be the bigger person and the one people looked up to. I know how to settle a conflict without making a huge scene out of it. I can multi-task and can be quick to make dire decisions. The players on this server should always come first and I'd drop anything I were to be doing to help them out. I feel like I could contribute a lot to this server and help it grow into something more. #2 ABOUT ME - I love this game we all play, and I am very dedicated to everything I do in and out of this game. I am one to believe in quality over quantity. I put all my effort into my work which I take great pride in. I am the type of person to put others before myself. I work great in teams and have good leadership qualities. I don't let much get in my way of work. I am able to put my emotions to the side to get the job done correctly and efficiency. #3 MY PHILOSOPHIES - I am one for equal rights, which means that just because you're a donor does't mean you walk free. I follow the diplomacy where the main aim of communication is to avoid full-frontal war, and what i mean by this is that I want to try to talk things out to see if we can resolve the solution before we move to something more extreme. How long can you be active on the server every day?4-5 hours a day. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes, I have been Owner/builder/mod on multiple servers. I have been the owner of 2 small faction servers and those both lasted about 3 months. I have done a fair share of building on multiple servers and still go around and help others out. Finally, I have been mod on 7 different servers, all ranging from mini-games to survival servers and all of those are still up and running. I have learned a lot about this task by being apart of different communities. I have the experience most servers are looking for and feel I'd be a great help. I am very knowledgeable and aware of many other moderator commands such as /seen, /realname, /ban, /unban, /tempban, /kick, /mute, and many more.
