I'm writing this here and not doing a ban report because I know many have been done in this past. I've seen Stel come on the server multiple times insult people, type in caps, swear, bully, and tell people to kill themselves. This does not seem to ever result in a ban since she upgrades other players, essentially fundng the server. I took a look in the archived reports section to see if any of the reports against Stel were completed but haven't seen anything, all i saw was some one banned for swearing at Stel, which given the way she normally behaves was probably not an overreaction.

Is there a set amount someone can pay to break the rules? Since it's advertised as a child friendly server I don't see how this kind of behavior can be acceptable. I'm perfectly happy to allow swearing and adult behavior on the server, but not on a pay as you break the rules basis.

Anyway that's my small rant, I'm still going to be on the server. I just thought this point was worth an open discussion.

There is no amount you can pay for "immunity to the rules" nor an unban payment.
Everyone is theoretically held under the same rules. However, I've seen the behaviors you mentioned in the past occur. If I see them again, she will be treated as any other player by me, that much I can promise.

 

I agree, she's basically praised as a god on the server yet I don't really see the big deal. She's fun at times, I admit that and I can appreciate it, but random swastika's and constant swearing is kind of weird to face. I'm sure the pay to get away with things doesn't apply but in the end, we are all humans. We can try to judge people fairly but the actions of one person can cause 10 others to turn on him. This is quite basically what's happening here, one may try to ban appeal her yet she has an undeniable amount of support from other large scale donor's and even has a decent amount of contact with CypriotMerkz himself. Factors like these allow her to get away with small things that others could easily get banned for but this is reality. So basically there are 3 things you can actually do, 1. just /ignore her, that's there for a reason. 2. Try to sympathise with any of her actions, may be hard but there is always a positive even in a negative. 3. Aim for a ban petition at the consequence of potential hate from people who back her 100%.

I'm not here as a supporter of anything or to complain, just giving you my insight.

 

Also Stel if you are reading this, I have absolutely nothing against you. I have no problem with you.
I'm merely stating how important I find it that all players are treating equally.

 

I've been online with her for a while now and haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary if I'm honest maybe you guys just take stuff to heart?

It annoys me purely based on equality reasons. Many players I like more than Stel have been banned for one off, smaller instances, often it's new players who simply are ignorant of the rules and that's fine but I know for a fact that Stel has been warned by the mods multiple times so why she continues idk, it seems she thinks she can do what she wants with no repercussions. For this reason I do not feel she's been treated equally to others on the server, notably those who aren't "popular" in game or who don't have a rank. If some unknown player acted as Stel has been doing they would surely not be unbanned repeatedly in this manner.

Idk if the pay-to-avoid-ban story is true or just gossip/speculation but either way, Stel has (repeatedly) broken the rules of the server, and sometimes seriously, however seems to remain unpunished and more than that, seems to come on the server and /flaunt/ that she's not banned, testing to see how far she can push it before someone gets annoyed. I'm growing tired of it to be honest. I know there is /ignore but I still see half of the server flaming saying "stop swearing", "stop spamming", "stop calling people fat" and I'd rather be in the know of exactly what she's saying rather than just think "I know the rules are being broken but I'd rather be ignorant of it" - it's just not in my nature, sorry. I would like to see her dealt with like any other player and either stop this arrogant and unacceptable behaviour, or be asked to leave the server like anyone else. ^^

 

Just in response to KroniqL I haven't ever had stel say anything to me so i'm personally not taking it to heart. I'm just against the bullying more than anything, she can online bully me if she wants, it doesnt bother me. However some people, especially younger ones who are on the server can take this very badly which is why the rules are in place. If you wanna mess with people and bully try 4chan or tumbler, it should not be on a family friendly minecraft server

 

I agree. I've seen her swear, use caps, spam, copy + paste swastikas into chat multiple times over the last few months. I haven't taken it personally, but she never gets banned, and infact, I rarely see her get kicked. It's unfair that she doesn't receive punishment, but if anyone else swore, they'd be kicked or muted instantly. Why she likes to do all of these kinds of things, I do not know, but it it's pretty unreasonable. I don't have anything against her, as averagelynatural said, but bullying and swearing can't be tolerated on a child friendly server that has been like that for a long time. And why doesn't she get PwnFilter blocks? Because she's a Skygod? ._.

 

If she isn't going to get punished then she isn't the best example for new players.

 

She has had like 6 "final warnings"

Yeah, I agree.. It does not seem fair. And just to tag along.... J is always doing the same thing... I remember her saying the N word, But PwnFilter did not block it... :/

 

I remember when she was donor 50. She was SO mature and now a new Stel had emerged. So sad.

 

No matter how immature and rude Stella acts, she donated more than $3,000 to this server and keeps funding it. Basically, she is one of the greatest server money sources and the loss of such player is extremely disadvantegous for the administration. Sadly, making such threads won't lead to anything, so we all have to accept her behaviour. Yep, life is unfair. Life is unfair. Stella is the drama symbol on this server.

 

She's actually very nice. She is very supportive. But, however like anyone, if someone instigates you you're going to get mad. Some people blow up in anger, some swear, and some just hold it in. Its just her way of reacting. She's a good person who supports the server. Some times she blows and [as you all have said]swears . But, people just have to work with it like you would work with anyone who reacts different than you would.

 

Being angry, no matter what, doesn't call for the use of swastikas on a child friendly server...
