Make it 25+ in that case, hostile mobs was removed from 25, so now only reason at all is jump ... Fly costs 20 ...

/ptime, this is good for villagers, well, villagers is not on, so ..
/kit spawner, nope, never had it, this was for donators on the first 24 hours on the server, noone else.
/spawner, passive mobs only .. most times i use spawners i have to ask a highroller or overlord to help me change them ...
