Now then Joren, youve put yourself in a rather hard position here. This is already your 3rd ban this month. Youve claimed to have read the rules in both of your past appeals and here as well, but yet, here we are again. If you did indeed read the rules, why did you choose to disregard them?

Im gonna go ahead and throw in a rule for you to look over.

Rule 15: Use Common Sense
Offence Level: Variable
There are a number of things that fall under this rule. If it's illegal in the real world (country/international laws, breaking Mojang ToS/EULA) then it falls under this rule. If you think that it may be wrong, but it doesn't quite fall under any of the other rules, it may qualify here.

Examples:
Threatening DDoS/DoS/DoX attacks on players/server. Ban evading using alternate accounts. Hacking players accounts. Attempting to sell in game items/accounts (or currency for .org) for out of game currency (of any kind). Attempting to contact young children for nefarious reasons (pedophilia).


I mention this rules because, as you know, any inappropriate topic or anything not g-rated is not allowed on the server. Joke or not, you blatantly disregarded this. Its not like you dont know the rules, as Ive already said, in your past 2 ban appeals youve said that youve read the rules. And here I ask again, why did you choose to disregard the rules?

You basically linked porn.. Anything inappropriate is not allowed on the server. We have players that range from 8, sometimes younger, and above. As quoted from another rule (Rule 13, No Inappropriate builds, names, or skins) "What qualifies as inappropriate? If it is a naked/pornographic skin or offensive against a religion/race." Yes, this quote talks about skins, but it also sets a standard for what is and isnt appropriate.

I am not so sure that I should let you back on the server so soon. Youve been banned a total of 3 times in less than a month. This shows me that you either havent read the rules or you just choose to try to find loopholes, which ultimately, still gets you in trouble as you can see by this situation. Anything to say about that?

 

just want to say i dont want anyone down like carl told me to not get unbanned :3 so ill make sure i read the whole rules and ill write it here about pronography and sorry about making this whole situation

 

I think you may have messed something up in this comment.. so Im just going to deleted it.

 

this is what i wanted to write: You can't have an inappropriate skin/name or build inappropriate things! What qualifies as inappropriate? If it is a naked/pornographic skin or offensive against a religion/race. The exception to the rules are babies in diapers and the classic noob skin. (Also, the occasional "Notch in a Swim Suit" is 100% legal, and it's funny.) You also CAN NOT have an inappropriate name. This means no swear words and no sexual innuendo, also meaning don't have names that you wouldn't get in trouble saying to your parents.

How it can be legal...
Skins can be legal if you use your skin and DO NOT EXIT your island. Even if you wear full leather armor, it is still illegal. As long as no one sees your skin and no one has the ability to see it, it should be fine. Builds of inappropriate nature are the same as the last line, its ok only if no one sees it and no one can see it, DOES NOT include pornographic builds (they're always illegal).

 

I dont think I understand the purpose of your last comment. You literally just copy/pasted Rule 13.

Anyhow, can you answer three things for me. 1. Why you think it was wrong for you to post this so-called joke, 2. How can I know that youve read and understand the rules, and will not break another rule in the future and 3. Why you should be unbanned.

 

1: well i made the joke so i clearly was aware there was underage boys/girls some poeople take jokes too far like i did, i made the joke so we could have a laugh but at that time i just wanted to have a laugh 2: well i have read the rules, if i get banned again, its clearly my fault i did on purpose 3: i should be unbanned because i put so much effort on my island, i even spent lots of diamonds from net for money on org to achive the ammount of stuff i have, wouldnt be great losing it now and im including friends aswell..
