I changed my ingame-name from minecrafter_173 to AndyTheGamer173. so now, i can't open all of my chests on my island. so please let a mod or admin come to my island, en remove the signs. thank you for your time. AndyTheGamer173
I don't believe removeing the signs from your chest will do you any good. Alot of people are having this problem, since there is island protection. I believe the island belongs to your old account minecrafter_173. If this is the case I suggest try contacting Cyp or Noobcrew, because they are the only people who can help with this problem. If not, get a mod to break the signs and open the chests. If you can still opent the chests then you'll have no problems. Hope this helped ~Love
Since the server updated to 1.8, as far as I'm concerned, the server uses UUIDs instead of names, so my island is UUID da0c6ad7-b67f-449e-af84-94f2265ae001's island, so whether my name is Lycel or Apples, the island still belongs to my UUID which carries on through each of my names. I could be 100% wrong there, but that's what I've gathered. cx
If you changed your name recently you will be able to access the island, just not the locked chests which is no big deal. A mod can remove the locks. larrythebird101 is this handled?
