I've read what you've had to say. Firstly why would you only give one first? As a joke? I don't think thats very plausible, and as an older player here you should know that scamming isn't something many take lightly. Secondly, you said something along the lines of why would he give it first if he thought he'd be scammed, usually in trades someone has to go first, it's a two way thing. Also how would he know if you were only going to give him one? Thats the reason he recorded it, incase he got scammed.
You seem to be pretty confident that you did nothing wrong yet you did give him 1 first, I'm not sure what the video does next but to me thats not looking good for you. I don't care really believe your story about giving him one as a joke, you kinda skimmed over that point. I will be investigating this further but for the meantime i'd like you to answer my questions.

I was just dropping one and then giving the rest to him so tell me how is that scamming? He didn't show you the part where I dropped the other 29 spawners because he doesn't want to show a mod, You that he is lying and that is the reason I am banned right now. I don't even know how to answer the second question lol, I gave him the 30 so I don't even know how he would not know if I was going to scam. And since you think I ''scammed'' him, then why didn't I scam Fred5678 when he bought my Cypriotmerks head for santa head, bunny head, 9 beacons, and 200 diamonds? That doesn't make sense to ''scam'' one person and to not scam another and this trade was done the day after.

 

Man this was a fair trade. I wish I had taken screenshots of the trade. It would of really made him look like an idiot when I am banned right now.

 

I'd also have one question for you to think about. In the video, why does he stop the recording without showing me logging off and showing any extra of me ''scamming'' him? Why does it just end like that? Isn't it pretty logical that he continues recording it till I actually log off and show that I scammed which the video hasn't proven. All it show is that I didn't finish doing my trade. And him giving a Mod (You) false information. But I think the joke about the 1 spawner might have been a dumb thing to do for me because people like this guy can just record it to the part where I only drop 1 and they give false information to a mod and ban me.

 

Seem pretty confident? Of course. Why wouldn't I when I know I didn't do anything wrong.

 

I think I remember what happened. I dropped him one spawner. He said that is 1 spawner and stops recording thinking that I scammed him. Then this is the part he didn't record. Me dropping the 29 and then he said ''oh thanks''. But I think he thought it would be a good idea to give this false information that looks like real information to a mod so that I would be banned.

Now this person has a proper video of someone scamming him. Toby should of recorded for a longer time to show that I ''scammed'' and if I logged of at that point, it was a scam. And if you say ''Oh just because you didn't log off, it doesn't mean you didn't scam''. But he could have still be recording what was going on. But does he have any proof? Nope.

My honest opinion. That video shows Toby showed you has no sign of scamming so he didn't even have enough proof of getting me banned in the first place and YOU should have investigated it further by talking to me in pm and him or in game before even banning me.

Ok calm down. I'm doing my job. I banned you because I thought you might have scammed something pretty substantial. I have been looking into it however I can only do that properly if you are banned. So quit trying to tell me how to do my job, I know you are upset but just bare with me whilst I try get to the bottom of this. If Tubby doesn't give me the full video you will be unbanned in a couple of days. Understand I'm trying to get to the bottom of this as much as you are, so just be patient.

 

I doubt he has a second part to the video. Even if he does, he wouln't show it to you because it will obviously show me giving the rest of the spawners. That would be pretty dumb for him because he is basically admitting that he lied to you to get me banned.

I understand that doing this 1 spawner as a joke thing got me to the point I am right now so I will try or never do this kind of jokes again because someone (toby) can record half of the trade and not the full trade and say that I am scamming.

When you get to the bottom of this, I hope Toby gets some sort of punishment for wasting your time and mine. (My kits)

 

I just want to give you an example of what happen to me.

Person #1: buying a beacon for 50 diamonds.
Person #2: /msg person #1 hey I am selling a beacon for 50 diamonds.
Person #1: Okay
Person #1: /tpa person #2
Person #2: /tpyes
Person #1: *starts recording* *drops diamond* *stops recording*
Player #2: *drops beacon*
Player #1: thank you
Player #2: thank you
Player #1: Hey mod help me please I got scammed ealier today by player #2
Player #1: *Gives proof*

*The next day*

Player #2: *connecting to skyblock.net* YOU HAVE BEEN BANNED FOR SCAMMING.
Player #2: *Appeals*

Player 1 as toby and player 2 as me. Since he did this to me, doesn't that mean there can be more people abusing what he is doing just to get people banned even after a fair trade and possibly getting some items out of it?

After the appeal (the questions), the mod might even say '' player #2 return the diamonds to player 1 and you will be unbanned'' and this benefits the one who lied because he basically becomes the real scammer here and gains a beacon off player #2. And player #2 who just did a fair trade and want to have fun at the end of the day gets banned and possibly losing his beacon to get unbanned.

Moopuff, I understand you are doing your job as a mod for banning me and it wasn't your fault because toby was the one who provided you the video and you just want to help him out.

I am also wondering why he didnt report me at the moment when he got ''scammed''. If he was worried about his precious diamonds, he could have reported me at that very moment but
instead he chose to report me the very next day. (This is a rhetorical question)

 

Its been 3 days. Another mod can take over her appeal. Correct?

Proof is insufficient.
It did not show Straw leaving, after dropping that initial spawner.
For all we know, Straw did infact drop the remaining 29, as claimed.
