As said above, maybe add some more detail on each section if you can, along the way you may update the information, add some pretty frame thingys, etc.

Kaleb, your a great friend and fun to play with on org. A few months ago, you really showed potential. However, some things happened, life happened (as it does to all of us), and now when I think of you joining the staff team.. All I can think of is that your not ready. As Ive advised you in the past, I think you should take some time and really get back into the community. I know youve been feeling a bit distant from the community.. Close that gap, you have the power to, you just need to take that first step. Until then, I cannot support this.
