Why do you think you should be a mod?

I believe I should be Mod because I was TMod on this server once upon a time. I have become more active so I can deal with peoples’ needs when no other Mods are online to do so. I have loved this server for a long time now, being that I have been here since 2012. I know the rules like the back of my hand and know the amendments that have been made ever since then. I also adore this server and have made such excellent friends on it. I’ve missed helping lately, being that school is my number 1 priority. But, having my grades being stable right now, I am able to reapply with a better attitude and mentality. This server is a part of my life that I do not intend on letting go, but rather helping it excel and grow. And, being with my simple tag, I get deeply frustrated when I have the inability to assist someone who has been griefed or scammed. Furthermore, I’ve had loads of fun being a Mod. The staff team is hilarious and I’ve created very amazing memories with them. And, I can guarantee in changing my recent ways of being inappropriate and childish. I’ve done it before so I can do so once more. I also have the qualities of:

· Maturity: Now, it is easily noted that I am not one to be immature. I became extremely serious at certain cases. I do not laugh at inappropriate times and do everything I am asked of depending on the request. I am mature enough to be given such a position because I have never abused my position and power that was bestowed upon me. I have also handled many situations very well and maturely.

· Generosity: I think of myself as polite. I suppose some can disagree that I tend to be very aggressive but that is when I am talking in a serious manner. I am fairly polite to the players on the server. And, I do admit to being harsh at times but I’m usually joking. I’m pretty kind with everyone but it definitely depends on the situation. But, most of the time, I will be very nice.

· Intelligence: I’m pretty smart. I can form coherent sentences and speak intellectual words and not be bombastic about it. I’ve always seen myself as smart, being that I have focused on my education basically my entire life (which is one reason why I had little to no friends as a kid.)

· Unbiased: Now, I understand that some people have favoritism over others online. I get it: I do as well. I used to be extremely biased before. But, as time progresses, I’ve learned to see the 2 sides of an argument. I thoroughly assess and contemplate deliberations until I form a logical and strong opinion. But, I purely dislike choosing sides.

· Reasonable: I reason with people. I don’t simply just “ban” someone because they do something wrong. If they are banned but appeal with a fair reason, I will consider it until I make a choice. Deliberation is key in appeals, I'd like to think, being that negotiations assist with your talking persona and gives the banned player a chance to explain themselves.

How long can you be active on the server every day? Every day for as much time as I can provide. I can’t, though, give you a time limit as life is unpredictable and anything can happen which can alter my activity.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I was a .net TMod and mods on multiple small servers. I can’t say they were as successful as Noobcrew’s servers are but they were decent.

As a final note, I would like to say that I know I have been talking freely in chat as I had no intentions to actually reapply. That was, until this afternoon when I noticed how much more complex its become to moderate .net even with many Mod count. I have concluded that I must reapply for the good of this server and to work alongside the Mods I have before and the new ones I'd like to work with. Please do not judge me at my before times, rather judge me now as my recent focus has been the assistance of the server. Have a pleasant day, everyone.
