when people are looking for a job the employer looks for those that have experience and have been in that position before is a server mod not just like a real job as a manager or supervisor at a store or cube farm a bank or a police dept. its the experience not how the person makes their application look that gets them the job right. the years of experience over the inexperienced youth. it would be a sad day to say that a person with years of experience is over looked for a person with no experience in the field. thank you Shadowkatt22 (ign Gotenks22)
I think they're trying to say "Does moderation experience count as management experience?" or something along those lines. They seem to be expressing disapproval over that thought. Dunno though, it's pretty badly written.
That's how I type now. Get used to it. I'll make an exception for this one sentence: Most browsers have a "zoom" function that should help you read what I'm saying.
this is what it looks like to me soo small that it cannot be read by human eyes and to zoom in it would make it pixeleated so please use a larger font this is what it looks like to me soo small that it cannot be read by human eyes and to zoom in it would make it pixeleated so please use a larger font this is typed in a readable font i am a fairly blind person so make it readable
i use firefox but i am almost blind with out my glasses and using a font that is too small to read is rude
and yes i was referring to mod experience as a type of management experience i have 12 years as a mod on 3 different games that should count right
