As it says in the banning message you were banned for scamming Toby (Tubbytobster on the forums). He gave you 90 diamonds for 30 spawners however instead of giving him 30 spawners you gave him one then logged off. Why did you think it was ok to scam a player?

 

He is obviously giving you false info because I am 100% sure I gave it to him. I gave him 1 first then 5 seconds later, I gave him the other 29 so I don't know what he is talking about. He is probably trying to get some more spawners or diamonds out of me. I ain't gonna give him more spawners which I don't have because I sold it to him.

I didn't take any screen shots because we clearly did a fair trade but I didn't expect this guy to snake me like this. You can as larrythebird101. She helped me pick up 34 spawners. I sold 4 then I spammed selling spawmers again. Then tubby said 60 diamonds for 30 spawner so I said ''no thanks'' and he said ''fine'' 90 diamonds.

Why don't you ask him to show you more of the video? If he doesn't have it, the video is invalid.

 

And why did he wait till the next day to report me? Why not report me on the spot?

 

Did the video show me leaving? It just ended right there.

 

He is doing to get me banned. I just want to say that I didn't scam him so don't accuse me of scamming and calling me a liar.

 

But I don't want to make you seem like a bad person because he just gave you a video and I am blaming you about it. I also want your help getting unbanned.

 

I also saw me flying during the half point of the video. That was when I got my 29 spawners. And gave only 1 and a few seconds after he stopped recording I gave the rest. But he obviously stopped recording and accusing me of scamming.

 

And It clearly doesn't show me scamming, I am not lying. You need to watch the video a couple more times before you see it. He clearly ended the video when I didn't even leave and this means that I didn't scam him.

He is wasting your time by dealing with this thread and he is mostly wasting MY TIME because I can't go on skyblock. I don't even understand why he would snake me like this even after a fair trade. I truly should have taken screenshot of this trade. I don't know what he is thinking. Thinking that he might get some extra spawners or diamonds out of this.

May I know why he didn't report me on the day I ''scammed'' him? Why did he wait until the next day or two to report me? I still have the Cypriotmerks head in the video which I don't have anymore. Maybe he is thinking what the consequences he would face if his plan fail but he did it anyways? Hopefully his reputation will be ruined when all of this is clear.

Its funny how if he gave diamonds first to a scammer, the person would leave right away. But when he recorded me, I stayed even though he gave me the diamonds. I gave him 1 spawner first for fun and I guess his plan for the video was to stop it right when I only gave 1 spawner. But I know I gave all 29 after the 1. And you see how he tried to message me saying ''thats 1''. I gave it right after that and then he said ''thank you''. But he decided to make something that wasn't a problem become a problem.

I am not going to sit here and be accused of scamming. Nothing is going to make me admit to something I didn't do.
