It is only rare because it was removed from the shop. It is simple to add it back and remove it's "rareness". It is so annoying when people take this non-economy server and ruin it for the rest of us. Why don't we make all tools rare next and get rid of /repair? Then the super rich will be the ones with the tools and the poor will be stuck not being able to enjoy what minecraft has to offer :/

Yesterday I was trying to complete an order for quartz and comparators. I thought I could make them--- but there was quartz involved. and I went to EVERY shop at /warp trade- and nothing, just nothing. And because of that, it resulted in me having to decline the order.

 

So if you didn't buy it to resell it, then you bought it because you thought it was a fair deal. So therefore, lowering the price doesn't rip you off it just means other people get a better deal than you. That's life man. Now if you did but it to resell it then that's just your problem, but if you are going to keep it then in what way does this bother you? It just means now you can get more cheaper...

Support- Although I guess this won't happen, sad face. Seems a shame to restrict redstone creations as a result of not being able to affordably use comparators.

 

I am just confused on how this server is now a legit 1.8 server and some 1.8 blocks are still unobtainable or they are difficult to obtain/only obtainable from a non-renewable supply of items

 

Yeh if i hadn't already made progress on this server and donated I'd probably go elsewhere. I enjoy learning about redstone and its limited here.

 

Idk if I already said support but still Support, I think they should add the item to the shop. I wanted to make a auto potion maker not to long ago but I coulden't because it would cost me too much to get all the comparators for the auto potion maker.

I support this idea because it is 'requested' by so many players (including me) I feel like it's something that should be easy to obtain for redstone purposes. It is declared as a 'rare' at this point in time only because it got removed from the shops, so I ask you this, if the 'economy' of skyblock.net (which isn't even the economy server) was fine when this item was in the shops, how can it get ruined if it is added back in? If we keep on going against these suggestions because of the economy, I doubt we'll ever get anything new implemented into skyblock.net and I bet that players will then start leaving the server, which then could ruin the economy.

 

But this wouldn't make it rare.

No support. If you get 16 Quartz for 1 diamond this will ruin the economy. When things are removed from the trade they eventually get rare, if they get added again it just completely ruins the value of the item.
