I think using the /rules command could work if advertised correctly using the broadcast system. There's already broadcasts, why not add another?

 

Support & adding /rules again would help.

 

Things like this make me wonder. It'd be so easy to give players a book with all of the rules in them. If you word it well enough and put thought into it, they'll read the whole thing.

 

Greenies wouldn't know about /rules if they saw a rulebook in their chest they'd read it.
