So I just logged on the server for the first time in like, half a year only to find that whenever I place blocks they immediately disappear and are added back to my inventory. I tried asking for help in game multiple times but with the server being so crowded I could never get an answer. I was wondering if anyone here might know why this is happening and how I might be able to fix it. I am KhaoticKristin ingame if that helps at all
Its world guard, you are probably kicked from your coop or the island is outside of the 49x49 range reserved for the island. Check if 1. You are in a coop (the coop that owns the island) 2. where your building is inside or outside the space reserved for this island (49 from bedrock) Thats all i can think off, hope it helps
Well I'm not in a co op and I'm placing blocks on top of something, with the dimensions being within what I've already built. Was this reserved space something that was just put in place recently? That would explain it, as what I'm building is already rather tall.
Do you own the island? No the reserved space should only go sideways, down and up should work just fine :/ (yes it was added not long ago)
Hm. It's possible it's too far out, I think it's bordering on 49 from where I started if not past it. Yes I own the island.
If the island passes the 98x98 limit, you can no longer build there. It is out of your limit and it is the island next to yours' property now.
Then the borders should be the problem, i would double check and count from bedrock (/home point) and check if its outside, if it still dosen't work, im afraid i dont know
Well that sucks knowing I already put so much effort into it already. Guess I'll have to scrap it all and start anew
Yeah I have no doubt it's past 49 right now. I built sideways pretty far out when I began. I understand why the limit is in place, guess I'll just have to pack up my things and start fresh.
