I think the 'Active Member' title should be updated, and you receive the rank at 70 trophy points. Active Member is way too easy to obtain and doesn't require much time on the forums.

Your title doesn't necessarily make you any different. The comments you post, the threads you write, and the statuses you have will still be the same.

What I'm trying to say is that, titles on the forums aren't decided on what you post - it's how much you post.

 

I know it doesn't make you any different, I'm saying that it is not fair that people with 30 trophy points and people with 150 trophy points have the same title.

 

Trophy points don't define you either. What matters most is the thought put into your posts, not how long it is.

 

I'm not sure what you are trying to say. Trophy points are meant to show experience, I'm not saying they define you.

 

Trophy points are awarded for how much you post, not the content kept inside of it. You should be posting to help and socialize anyways, not to gain points. Heck, if you focus on trophies and points while using the forums, you might as well just post random things everywhere and give yourself likes. It's better to go along naturally and reap the benefits when they come, not strive to get to the benefits as fast as possible.

When someone considers you for a friend, would they look at your title? How popular you are? How unpopular you are? Not necessarily - people are more interested in the content you provide rather than how often you proceed to do so.

 

Trophy points aren't for the content in your posts, I know.
You should be posting to helping and socialize, yes.
Trophy points also don't describe or tell how popular you are.
