Support tickets.

    I am a member on a xen forums that has a support ticket plugin for their product. If anyone is having trouble they can just open a support ticket on what their donation problem is. Only admins can view support tickets :p

    I will expand later, let me know what you think :)

    We do already have the donation issues section and the support email, but I see no problem in adding this.

    Yeah, check how many get resolved daily. It would be better to have a player and the admin have a 1 on 1 conversation instead of everyone jumping in lol.

    Couldn't admin just "Start a Conversation" if they wanted to speak with the player about their issue? Nobody could jump in unless that setting is enabled.

    Sadly enough, with only two admins, it's not going to be possible to have "tickets" all responded to in a fine manner.
    While people assume they don't do much daily, coming from someone who knows what they're doing constantly, it's not as obvious.
    I personally don't believe that they put less time than they need, Cyp's relatively active on support tickets and has been for as long as I've known him.
    Crew does the same, but has a larger personal life than most people realize.

    Long story short, it doesn't necessarily make a difference whether or not it's on the forums, as the support email does its justice, and gets responses on ones that need responses.
    Clearly an email about "Oh no my ranks missing" would be responded to faster than "Oh halp plz gref on mi isln"
    Most things don't need responses, and half of them aren't worth fixing when it comes down to the bigger picture of support.

    Well yeah, things a moderator could handle shouldn't be responded in a email, or even items missing from a purchased rank if they have the proof. But many players in-game message me about their missing rank and I would tell them "you can send your issue to their support email" and it doesn't get resolved. I don't know if they emailed them correctly. This is just a suggestion to send support tickets on forums instead of emails.
