3. Reason: Using Private Spawners

4. I did read the rules and understand your concern for my being in the spawner room.

5. A slight misunderstanding as I was saving the spot of the original renter of the spawner for future use.

6. I believe it is incorrect because there is insufficient evidence in my opinion.

7. I have never been banned on any SkyBlock servers.

8. I believe I should be unbanned because I never had any malicious intents, I was just saving my friend`s space who was the original renter, and I was not aware that the owner thought I was looting his spawner room.

 

I can somewhat understand how you thought this was a misunderstanding, however, theres a few things that concern me.

First, I understand that you were saving a spot for Jaq, but Jaq could have just gone straight to Hk and told him "Hey, I left the spawner for a minute, can you let me back in?" and Im sure that Hk would have, there was no need for you to save a spot for him.
Second, if you were saving a spot for him, you should have informed Hk of that. Right when Hk started to ask you what you were doing in there, you immediately left and didnt answer his question about why you were in there. This could have all been avoided if you just explained the situation to him
And third, not only did you not inform Hk about saving a spot for Jaq, you were using the spawner yourself, not just waiting there for Jaq.

I had a short discussion with Jaq after your ban. He said "I thought I paid for Shrek and myself", with the information you provided, the stories seem to clash a bit.

My problem is, how do I know you wont do this again if Jaq rents a spawner from someone else in the future?

 

I did not realize Hk was in fact asking me a question near the time of my ban. I wasn`t paying attention to the chat at the time, and all I saw Hk type was, "Shrek. Baii." I thought it would be most respectful to him to not use his spawner, and that chat message led me to believe that he just wanted me out of there without an explanation. Jaqrispy himself didn`t know what was the problem, as I was in a Skype with him at the time, but I suppose he could have told Hk about me, and we didn`t think he was going to find a problem with it. I don`t actually think he paid for the both of us, but I`d be happy to reimburse him. And as for the skeletons I killed, that was just a sort of involuntary action just because I was surrounded by skeletons.

As for this not happening in the future, you`ll probably have to take my word for it, and I won`t feel too bad if you do keep me banned, but I see why you are keeping me banned for the present time. I`m sure you will find me to be a reasonable person in the future.

 

Alright, Ill unban you, you seem to realize what I see wrong with this, and I believe you wont do this again in the future. However, Id just like you to go over the rules once more and when your done with that, tell me 5 rules in your own words.

Rule 7: No Item Farming
This rule basically means that you can`t make new islands to farm illegally obtained items, such as sand and lava. This also includes selling islands that you`ve worked on in a sort of a "starter pack" so you get money from them.

Rule 15: Use Common Sense
If you can`t do it in real life, don`t do it anywhere else!

Rule 13: No Profane Skins or Structures
If you have pornographic or anti-religious skins or buildings on your island, do not make them visible or else.

Rule 4: No Intentional Killing of Players
Any malicious attempt to kill others without permission is not allowed, but you can kill yourself all you want.

Rule 2: No Scamming or Stealing
Basically, if you decieve a person into giving you stuff without getting anything in return, it is scamming. Another form of scamming/stealing is AFK`ing inside of a spawner. This can be seen as leeching off of someone else`s hard-earned spawners.
