The number 1 thing that mods do is resign and come back a month later and reapply. Just because your grades were slipping doesn't mean you have to full on resign. You could have been rational and talked to Cypriot about it and came up with a better solution. Also you quit a lot, you say you're good now that it's summer but what happens when summer's over? You just don't seem like you can really think things through before making a decision to resign. I like you as a person and I liked you as a mod- but the fact that you quit and came back a month later really bugs me. No support.

I have a question. If you get re-promoted and summer is over, will you resign?

 

No, I won't resign. Even if school is back, I can find time for skyblock. Reason I resigned is because I needed to focus my time on school more than here. It was a huge problem at the time and it is now resolved. So when school rolls around, you'll definitely see me. Probably not when you're awake but that's because of timezones.

 

I wish to see you as a moderator then. Like I have said before, the main focus is activity. Good luck.

Hopefully it won't, if it does then I'll try my hardest to balance school with skyblock. You see, my grades were slipping this year because I focused on skyblock more than school. Hey, girl. We haven't talked in a while but I'm still gonna give you some feedback.

I'm glad you're re-applying for mod. Something tells me that you're really dedicated and willing to do a better job this time around. You're hardworking and you did pretty well before as a moderator. So I think you have what it takes to earn back your position on the staff team.

My one concern is how you will manage the job if you are given a second chance. You tend to let your emotions get in the way and cloud your judgement. I can't confidently say that it won't happen again.

But you can easily move on from that mindset. I'm sure that since summer is approaching, you'll have more time on your hands and less stress from school and stuff. So remember that you have to keep the moderating focused on your job and to balance your time well within your capabilities. Keep being active and keep being the sweet, caring person I know you are.

I support. But promise me that you'll try your hardest to keep moving forward and improve yourself by striving to learn new things every day. People can only learn from their mistakes if they acknowledge them and do whatever it takes to avoid calamity. There's something that Swimhornet said that I think you should really take into consideration. There are several cases where moderators resign and then shortly after they re-apply. But it's okay for a moderator to simply take a break because their grades are slipping or they're having a family issue or whatever. Full on resigning, planning to never come back, and then re-applying takes a lot of work. It's irrational and ambivalent, in some cases. So if you run into the same problem again, it's definitely better to talk to Cyp and work something out.

Don't fall into the same trap twice. Good luck, you can do this.

I haven't been on much to tell if you're "mod worthy", but all this quitting/resigning thing is pretty confusing. I quit as a mod due to school also, but I don't think ill be coming back. Im not sure if you're up to all the stuff that goes on at once during school. Not only that, aren't you going to highschool next year? I would wait until school actually starts again before going for mod.
