Well I guess it's time for me to stop playing this server. Last Tuesday I lost my island due to MAQWERD apparently stealing other players items, so he got caught and CypriotMerks came to "my" island and instead of take the items away from MAQWERD, CypriotMerks restarted my island on me, I was not informed about this, tell I got on the server, and then Robloxianroblox told me what happen, I lost over 300 diamonds, about 2 dc of grass, a lot of iron, dirt, spawner, gravel, sponge, and voter keys, all gone now because of CypriotMerks. before you all rant at me for making this post, just imagine you in my shoes, you guys be the same way, CypriotMerks wont refund me because he things MAQWERD gave me the items. MAQWERD only gave me 16 grass and that's it.
You didn't deserve this, and I would put my moderator status on the line to say that I'm confident that saintsenberg is an honest player. I've known you since the day I joined the server and watched you build that island from the start. I unfortunately can't give refunds but will vouch for you if cyp will reconsider it.
Just gonna jump in here and vouch for Saintsenberg's character. I've known him for a good many years now - I saw his island build itself up from a little lump of grass in the sky to what it was until a few days ago. I can say with absolute certainty that he deserves to get his island back, or at least all the thousands of items which he acquired through honest trade and effort.
I have seen Saint, he is a great player overall. I would vouch for him, as he is always honest about things, which I can say many have seen.
I'm so sorry for your loss. You worked hard to build your island and to save up materials. If there is anything that I can do, let me know. You really deserve to be refunded. I hope there is someway I can help.
I think it should be clear to Cyp now that you have a strong network of friends here that support you. You're a responsible long-term player and I think Cyp needs to reconsider the refund and give it to you... I will vouch for you.

You do not deserve to have this happen to you. I do not know you that well. If you tell me what items you lost I might be able to refund some.

I have rebuilt the whole island again, I have been refunded my sponge and 16 spawners I lost, I was wondering if I can get re funded 190 diamonds, that well bring me back to where I was before all this happen, and the grass well I still needs a dc and half.
I got my16 spawners and sponge back, is there anyway I can get the diamonds and grass back? or at least some of it?
