I think I was banned for creatively expressing my opinions with my friend ToxicMatriiXx (who's appeal was accepted) about ISIS, Satan and the common mispreconception of a swastika being related to Nazi Germany, when in fact it was meant to demonstrate good fortune and well-being for both myself and my dear friend Oscar (ToxicMatriiXx).
6. I can see how one could assume that what was built is offensive, however under the factual circumstances I believe the ban was incorrect.

8. After reading ToxicMatriiXx's appeal/s, it was noted by ChibiBerry (trial mod) that we were encouraging ISIS, creating curse words, promoting anti-semitic Nazi behaviour, and building monuments to satan. These are incorrect accusations as:

• The curse word "F***" was used next to the word "ISIS", and from the correct perspective created a statement (F*** ISIS) against this terrible radical organisation that may become a major threat in the near future. If making a statement against terrorism as a whole is a bannable offense, then arrest me for demonstrating patriotic FREEDOM.
• The swastika that was built was to demonstrate well-being, which is the original meaning behind this controversial symbol before Adolf Hitler rotated it for his own needs. This symbol is still commonly used to promote good fortune, regardless of its hideous past. Note: the swastika that was built was NOT rotated, meaning it was not related to Nazi Germany in any way, yet proves the admins own lack of education in such subjects.

My friend ToxicMatriiXx's appeal was accepted, and I would like to see mine accepted too. Thank you.

In my opinion nothing you did is ban worthy, let alone perm ban worthy.

In case you didn't realise, ToxicMatriixx is still banned.

Also if you'll read the appeal you'll note that I cite several examples of when Hitler himself used the swastika non-rotated, thus proving your "lack of education in such subjects".

Hitler, along with most of Europe, used the swastika non-rotated. It was even used on boy scout merit badges and Coca-Cola cans all across Europe and North America when the symbol was made popular again during the late 1800's and early 1900's. So of course it was used by Hitler non-rotated, along with most of the western world. Nevertheless, I don't see how an argument of historical facts relates to a symbol built in a video game. I honestly find this quite pathetic.

Also, ToxicMatriiXx was banned after he broke the rules a second time, but that does not involve me. He was however unbanned during the first instance where this happened, and in the comment that was made where it was decided that his appeal had been accepted, it was stated that I must make a separate appeal if I wanted to have my ban lifted - so that is what I'm doing.

What about the other builds on your island such as the upside down crosses, ISIS and the f word? If you read the rules you should inappropriate builds are not okay. What do you have to say for yourself?
