ok I have tried everything the other staff have told me. I have sent emails I have made 3 forums this is my 4 forum. I have bought Skyknight then I logged off when I logged back on I was able to see Omg where is my rank. Then I bought the rank upgrade the day we were having the sale. It is also gone the rank upgrade was to Skymaster. I have all the proof needed if you want me to msg it to you just ask in comments.( must be staff to ask) Thanks yo everyone for allowing our suggestions on helping. I will keep you informed.
