I agree with you on that, I do lack a bit of confidence. I know moderating isn't all fun and games. I know I have to work hard to get the position that I wish to have. I will try to work on that and gain confidence. As long as I play on this server, I will try as hard as I possibly can.

I totally support this, leadermelody is genuinely nice and makes everyone feel included whether they just joined the server or been playing for a while and does not have friends. leadermelody is a great person and highly dependable as well. I have seen her provide help willingly to the community when the mods are either busy or just offline.

I help out in chat often. Sometimes, I just log in to say hi and leave due to irl issues, that rarely happens though. Do you mind explaining a bit, I usually help out in /msg. I am also sure that we have different timezones. Sometimes, when I am online, I don't help out in chat much, but I help out in /msg when I am building. When I am not doing anything, I help out in chat. These past few days, my schedule has changed, it will change back this week, I hope. I have no plan to stop helping any players. I don't really see how I am not helping very much. I try not to mini mod when a moderator is online and my schedule always changed so it isn't always correct. Also, you may always see me online, but that doesn't mean I am not AFK. Sorry, I'll work on being helpful in chat.
