I bought Skyknight on skywars about 3 days ago. Somehow I lost it. I need help to get it back and I don't know what to do. If I don't get my rank back or my money back I'm gonna be mad!!
I don't have screen shots because you know I thought I would keep my rank. The owner can check his donations!!
It would be best if you had screen-shoots, but if you don't, try to PM then. It might take a while for him to respond though.
Your best chance of getting Noobcrew to get you your rank back is seeing him online, or you send a email at something like mineverse(@)support.com . Not sure if that is the correct email ask a mod to verify.
Please email support either [email protected] or [email protected] Put any proof of your purchase with the email.
