I donated for $25 on org and since the reset I have not obtained the spawner you should recieve upon donating.
As I agree with everyone else that's said that there should be a thread specifically for this, I'm just going to add my "me too" here until there is one ^^ In chat today, Cyp said that Buycraft has already been made to automatically refund everyone who donated since 2013 - however many people then lost those items if they did /newisland, also I did not do /newisland straight away and I am 100% sure that I did not have a spawner in my hotbar when I joined, I messed about at spawn for a little while exploring and peering suspiciously at the voter crate and so on. I am not certain that I opened my inventory and looked in there but I probably did, and to be honest, if I had nothing else in there, I think the first inventory slot should be filled, i.e. the hotbar? So surely if I'd received my spawner I'd have seen it.. ? Either way, I never to my knowledge received a spawner after the reset, and it would certainly be a useful thing to have. A spawner is probably the most valuable thing on .Org at the moment. So there's no rush but I really hope I get mine eventually, as I did pay IRL money for it, and it will take a long time to save enough IG money to buy another one. :cat
Good to know as I was sure I never got mine either, but after starting my island, now I can't check... I suppose this has sort of confirmed that not everyone got the refund automatically. I heard somewhere that buycraft only gives you the items if you're online at the time, perhaps this is related to the problem? A solution might be to give all donor 25+ a /kit spawner that has a cooldown of 200 years lel ^^
Basically now, if you still have this issue, you should contact an admin, in game. I am not sure the conditions of refund spawners but if you ask larry when she gets more refund spawners you might get one. However due to lack of activity, i will archive this. If you return, please can you open a new thread if nothing gets resolved.
