Hey, like the server has been reset, when I connected on the server I receive 12 spawners and 2 diamonds pick axes because I paid it on the old server. But I start an island and these items has gone. Please help me.

When you start an island, all items in your inventory are lost.
I'm unsure if these items can be refunded.
Next time, find an enderchest and put all your items in there.

I'm sure this is on SkyBlock.Net, am I correct?

And how can I start an island without these items gone -_-

 

Try to find an enderchest, or ask someone you trust to hold onto these items for you.

As I'm not a mod, I'm unsure if these items can be refunded. I'll tag some mods.

Runoy I'm sorry we cannot refund you your spawners. /Newisland removes all items in your inventory to prevent island farming, I'm sorry this happened to you I can give you some money to be able to buy some spawners with some players in-game if that helps.
