I am wondering if it is possible to get a refund on some of my rares that someone (Jarvis_Johnsten) scammed me about a year ago. I was told that if the person appeals and gets unbanned, I would get my rares refunded. Rares include: -4 fire blocks -2 unplaced bunny head -Iron blocks -Diamonds Considering that he is no longer banned somehow, I am wondering if I can get a refund. I checked that he last logged onto the forum was January 25th 2015 So I am guessing that he has been back on the server before. Proof of owning the items listed:

I think they all got turned to flint and steel after 1.8. Dont qoute me on that because i could be wrong.
Since this was a few months ago, it probably still had them, but I think they still have those. You might want to ask a moderator.
Fireblocks only appear as flint and steel on 1.8 clients because they don't exist at all in 1.8, and since the server is 1.7, your client can't make any sense out of them so it changes them to flint and steel. When the server updates to 1.8, they will be gone for good without even flint and steel. They will be airblocks.
Fireblocks cannot be refunded anymore since they no longer exist. The other items need to be refunded by cyp, therefore i will try tagging him. CypriotMerks please also respond in 72 hours so we know you are active and still wanting the assistance.

I suppose if you had those fire blocks and can't get them now, if you were to be refunded, refunded with the equal match to a fire block? Something that's equal value to a fire block maybe? Idk
Its up to cypriotmerkz which will most likely not happen. There is a different value from before to now and he cant just make up a price and give me items because it will just bring items into the server.
