Why do you think you should be a mod?
I believe I should be a Moderator because I am a very mature, loyal person looking for something to look forward to. Your server is a great one and you should be proud of it, but I don't see that many staff members on. I can be very active sometimes but otherwise ( at this time ) I may not be as active as I could be because I am undergoing renovations of my home and I lack a space to inhabit. I have very good ( if I do say so myself ) grammar, and I keep my messages as appropriate as possible, to avoid and conflict. I know the rules of your server and can read them again if you wish. I am not easily made angry by outside sources, and I can keep my cool in practically any situation.

I've been a player of your server for quite a long time, but just now came back after a long break. I simply lost interest as many of my friends quit for unknown reasons, and decided to leave myself. But now, it's calling to me again; your server has grown and become much more stabilized and I simply love that factor. It's got me hooked and I can't stop playing, really. I love SkyBlock and that aspect of growth and progression, and the community is very nice. I'm looking forward to playing here a lot in the future.

I really do enjoy helping people out. It's such an incredible feeling you get when everything is at ease, and you can relax for a few moments. If I were to obtain a staff position here, I would make sure to always try my best and put in all of the effort I can to fix whatever needs fixing.
Many aspects of myself have probably been explained already in the past two paragraphs, but I'll put them into more detail here;

Loyalty:
I am a very considerate person and will not quit or resign because of some simple issue. I know that being a Moderator would bring stress, and I feel I am confident to handle it on a daily basis.

Dedication:
I love Skyblock, but most importantly I love to help people. It's the rush of knowing that someone was in distress and you yourself fixed it, and now everything is at ease. It's truly an amazing thing to take part in, and one of the main reasons I'd like to become a Moderator here.

Honesty:
I am a trustworthy person and I have never abused any commands on your server or any others in the past. I know doing so will result in punishment, but that's a whole other story. I only use the commands I acquire to help, regardless of the temptations.

Attitude:
I am a mature individual who loves to build, and almost all of the time I am in a placid mood. I, surprisingly, hate being the center of attention in real world situations, thus making me a very shy person. However, being a Moderator, I will be as open as possible.

Open Mindedness:
Yes, mindedness is a word, I didn't even think it was before this. Anyways, I am a very lax person and I will take any feedback regardless of the emotions carried within it. I try my best to conform to what others need, whether it be my building style or simply how I go about moderating a server.

Consistency:
I am a very fair person and will not judge punishments based on previous relationships with players. For instance, if the person receiving a punishment is a friend, they will get the same things done to them as if they were a normal player. To simplify, I have virtually no bias. I handle all situations the same, without any changes in my methods.

Professionalism:
I know that this is a big server, and we need to keep it as appropriate as possible seeing as the players are mostly young. I do not swear often, and if I do, it's not public. I handle all situations the same, without any changes in my methods.

Efficiency:
I can take care of multiple things at once, which would make me a good asset to your team. I'm very good at keeping secrets, but I'm also good at getting people to admit to things.

How long can you be active on the server every day?
Under normal circumstances, anywhere from 3-4 hours, however, I am experiencing other things ( explained above ) which hinder my activity. I will only be active on the forums for another week or two, most likely.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
Yes, I have been a staff member on an extensive amount of servers, some small, some large, but mostly within the range of 30-40 players a day. I have only been demoted once; in all other cases I have resigned within periods of distress.

Anything else you think we should know?
I am 16 (turning 17 in about a month) and in 12th grade. I am at a technical regional school studying graphic technologies. I love to build things ( both in real-life & in MineCraft ) and I would be ecstatic if you would let me make something for your server. I have noticed many of your warps and such are outdated and I would happily redo them for you. I have already made a thread about this a while ago, and the general feedback I acquired was positive.

As for myself being active, that's another issue. I'm renovating my house with my parents ( I can't remember if I said it in my app or not ) but that's prohibiting me from being on by a huge amount. Once it's done I'll be on a lot more, but I understand the concerns.

Pros:

• You have a vast amount of amazing vocab. Your word usage is lovely and I admire it so.
• You seem mature enough as to be a Mod on such a hectic server. I certainly hope you have such patience for a server like this.
• You're rather funny and this game should be humorous. Funny Mods are pretty peachy.
• The adjective factor to Mod applications are my life blood. Love it.

Cons:

• Please use a different color other than pink. It's too bright for my eyes-- it's blinding.
• Not to be rude, but you seem a bit brag-ish about your intelligence. It's excellent that you are intelligent and show it but I don't know, it feels like you flaunt it here. But I don't know, I guess that's just me.

Personally, I find that you're a very suitable candidate for moderator... But, there's always going to be cons. My main concern is your activity which you've already covered. My pc is broken atm so I haven't had the chance to see how well you act in-game either. Besides that, I really wouldn't mind seeing you on the team. So for now, good luck. c:

Yeah, I'm really active on the forums right now, but until I get my room finished I don't have somewhere to set up my laptop for long periods of time. I'm pretty much the same in-game as on the forums, though I'm a lot less talkative in-game since I'm usually building.

 

I'm usually on day and night (I take breaks though) and I never have seen you on :/
