be me and die while building a stone generator and lost diamond chestplate, diamond boots, diamond leggings, diamond sword, diamond pickaxe, 4 stacks cobblestone, 54 redstone, 20 repeaters, 19 torches and last but not least 57 pistons

 

Forgetting to /god while at /warp mob and going afk

 

You cant die at /warp mob xD

Forgets to turn on /fly every time you come on the server.

 

Choking on water.

 

Getting tied down on a table, ants slowly pick away your flesh

 

Plucking your nails away with pliers then breaking each finger one by one, and finished off by cutting your fingers one by one.
Pure torture.

 

Breaking all of the bones on just one side of your body.
