• Your replies are very unpunctual, no capitalization and no apostrophes, commas, and other basic grammar mistakes.

• You come on my page and rate me 20% because I didn't give you full support, then you call me immature. Just because you are upset about something doesn't mean you write the same review as I did about you.

• I have never even seen you online or helping people.

Lots of people like me and KNOW I help whenever I'm on.

3 I never see you on, you seem immature and, just be happy that I even gave you 20% support.

Also, you can't even SAY that I don't help, because I am sure that I do help out And I never see You on.

And also, if you don't like me for some sort of reason, I'm sorry but I don't care.

 

Taking criticisms like this isnt very.. good. Nivene was giving you her opinion, and you should take it and work on it, not dispute it. Also, Id like to point out a few things:

• Some of your qualifications arent really moderator qualifications, but moreso, just facts about yourself. Try to limit the qualifications to things that only apply to moderating.
• Your application is very colorful. Thats not necessarily a bad thing, but I would suggest keeping it to two or three colors. Less colors = less distraction, for me anyway.
• I dont know about your activity since Im not on net much, so I wont comment on it.
• The way that you take criticsms shows a bit of immaturity. Instead of fighting other peoples opinions, take them, learn from them, and work on them.
• As you said "This isnt school.". True, this may not be school, but theres a certain level of professionalism you need to have as a moderator. Sure, you may think that the way you type doesnt matter, but: 'wat wuld u think if a mod typed a improtant message to u liek this?' Not too nice, right?

Anyhow, these are just things to keep in mind and for you to (hopefully) work on.
