In my opinion, being staff does not only mean enforcing the rules and being strict about them but you have to learn to socialize with the players to keep a healthy relationship with the community. There are people all over the world that are playing Minecraft and not all of them think like you so you have to be able to see their perspective as well as staying focused and having a clear mind when dealing with situations. There’s a time and place for everything and I like to joke around a lot but when it’s time to act serious and aid players in serious matters then you have to be able to kind of switch from joker to staff member and I believe I can do that. I have been Admin on a total of 7 servers but most have shut down due to lack of funds, I have little experience with new/updated plugins but I have the determination to learn them all over again if needed. No support, yet ^-^ Here's why: I've never seen you online. Ever. :< You need to be active on the forums. having 2 posts isn't quite enough. You need a lot more detail. Look at some of the applications with over 100 replies for what I mean. Try using more formatting. Bold the questions or use some colour. No support I have never seen you in-game. You're not very helpful on the forums and never knew about you until I saw this. Space out your application not just one big chunk. No support I can barely read that, all the words are packed together! Try adding more detail, as you are a new member. Use color and bold. I never see you on the server, try working on that too. Some of the words have capital letters in them like for example: My mom GAve me cake. Other than that, good luck -Layla
