I have about 5 dimonds and one nether star on .org but I baught them on auctions.
My question is where do people get them?
I saw one person get a diamond form voting once, is this the only way?
And where do you get nether stars, also form voting?

 

Diamond ore can be bought in the donor shop and then broken for the diamonds.
Nether stars can also be purchased in the donor shop.
