I was Crafting 522 diamonds into blocks and a minute later when i checked my inventory...... its gone How it happen I don't know I am pretty pissed off about this
Do you have proof of having the dia blocks? Sadly logs aren't created when items are dropped. Sorry for your loss.
Had this same thing happen to me a few months back. Mika you know you can't get a refund without more proof, or at least explain the whole story. Time, location, coords etc. You need more of a story than that.
Story... About 4:20pm (NZ timezone) i decided to craft all my diamonds into blocks in my /home location near a redstone gate. after i have craft them i went to get all my gold blocks and iron blocks and put it into another chest. Before i put them into the chest i saw all diamond blocks when missing. I know we cant drop diamond blocks, there was no Clag and i even relog too. Still Nothing
Provide the location, time, coords ect as Joe said and where you took the diamonds out of. Maybe logs will show that you took out the diamonds and that they disappeared?
Log system is rip last time I checked. Just let an smod deal with it, since it's not anyone else's decision if he gets a refund.
My Options are : (If i am unable to get it back) 1) Quit - get some time off (well i just got back from this) 2) Rage Quit 3) Reset Island then Rage Quit 4) Play on 5)Decide later
Or, 6) Be calm and patient, wait for a staff member to reply (as none have, so far), and you may take it from there. Quitting is entirely up to you, but I don't advise it. Nothing is unsalvageable. ChibiBerry Read the post below

Even if we find logs, refunding so many diamonds is something old cyp may do. I cannot get on atm to check the chest logs but i might be able to soon.
